Data processing terms

These terms apply when Being Pillar processes personal data in your CRM on your firm's behalf. Your firm is the data fiduciary; Being Pillar is the data processor.

Our commitments

• Process CRM data only on your instructions and to provide the service.
• Keep it confidential and protected with reasonable security safeguards.
• Delete documents uploaded for AI reading (proposals, contracts, decks) automatically after 30 days. Files you attach to records stay until you delete them.
• Notify you without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting your data, and help you meet your reporting duties.
• Help you respond to requests from people whose data you hold (access, correction, erasure).
• Use only the listed sub-processors, and tell you before adding new ones.
• On account closure, delete your CRM data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records such as invoices.

Cross-border processing

Document reading and assistant requests are processed by Anthropic outside India. Your application data and files remain hosted in Mumbai.
