Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Being Pillar. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your firm.

The service

Being Pillar is an AI-driven CRM. Features may change as we improve the product; we will give notice of material changes.

AI suggestions

Values extracted from your documents and answers from the assistant are suggestions for you to verify. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing extracted is applied without a person confirming it, and you are responsible for checking prices, terms and dates against your signed documents.

Plans, AI actions and top-ups

• Plans are billed per user, monthly or annually, plus 18% GST.
• Each paid user adds 200 AI actions a month to a pool shared by the workspace. Unused pool actions do not carry over.
• Top-up packs are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• Fair use: automated or abusive use of the assistant may be rate-limited.

Your content

You own your CRM data. You confirm you have the right to upload the documents you share, and you allow us to process them only to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to try to access other workspaces.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
