Security and data handling

Where your data lives

The application, database and uploaded files are hosted in Mumbai, India. Documents you upload and messages to the assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude models on servers outside India. We do not claim full India data residency.

Separation between workspaces

Every record belongs to one workspace. Access is checked in several independent layers: the signed-in workspace is verified on every request, every database query is filtered to that workspace and blocked if none is set, each record is re-checked before it is shown or changed, and the database itself refuses links between workspaces. Automated tests that try to read, change and delete another workspace's data run before every release.

Documents

Uploads are stored privately, outside the public web folder, and are only downloadable through short-lived signed links. Documents uploaded for AI set-up are deleted automatically after 30 days; files you attach to deals stay until you delete them. When the AI reads a document it has no ability to change your data; every suggestion waits for a person to confirm it.

The assistant

The assistant can only use a small set of tools inside your workspace. It never writes database queries, and any change it proposes appears as a card you must confirm. It cannot send emails or messages.

Payments

Payments are handled by Cashfree. We never see or store your card or bank details.
