Service delivery policy

Being Pillar is online software. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

When you get access

• Free trial: your workspace is ready as soon as you confirm your email address.
• Plans: your plan is active as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. You see it on Plan and billing, and we email a GST invoice.
• Top-up packs: the actions are added to your workspace as soon as the payment is confirmed.

How you use it

You sign in at app.beingpillar.com from any modern browser on a laptop or phone. On a phone you can also add it to your home screen.

If access does not start

If your payment went through but your plan or pack is not active within 24 hours, write to hello@beingpillar.com or call +91 95822 38946. We fix it, or refund you under our cancellation and refund policy.
