Refunds and cancellation

  • The 14-day trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
  • Cancel any time from Plan & billing or by writing to hello@beingpillar.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and the mandate is cancelled so no further debits occur.
  • Monthly plans are not refunded for partial months.
  • Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of the first payment are refunded in full. After that, the remaining months are not refunded.
  • Top-up packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if none of their actions were used.
  • If you were charged in error, write to us and we will refund it within 7 working days to the original payment method.
